The right to live, grow, stay safe, and express feelings are some of the rights that make up for Children’s Day. Happy Bal Diwas – Children’s Day in Nepal 2024.
The Convention on the Rights of the Child sanctioned these rights on 14 September 1990, which is how Nepal got its Children’s Day, or Bal Diwas, on the same date.
The idea emerged as a result of Indian Children’s Day, which was celebrated on Mahatma Gandhi’s birthday. Ratnarajya Laxmidevi Shah witnessed it, liked it and brought the idea to Nepal in 2021 BS.
