Fulpati 2080 has been accompanied by Sarawati puja on the Saptami of Navratri, the nine-day celebration. The fulpati festival includes showering flowers( फूल) and leaves(पाती) to Goddess Durga on this day.
Despite the initiation of the 10-day festival with Ghatasthapana, the actual fervency is evident from the fulpati day or Saptami(7th Day).
The upcoming celebrations include Ashtami, Navami, Dashain and Kojagrat Vrat.

Fulpati (फूलपाती) Significance
The fulpati festival includes nine different flowers and leaves known as Navapatrika. Here is the list of items it includes;

These Navapatrika are decorated, worshipped at Hanumandhoka(Gorkha) and brought back home as a token of peace, prosperity, and abundance. It also represents bringing all nine goddesses home for good fortune.
Phulpati Date
Fulpati or Phoolpati or Phulpati 2080 falls on 4th Kartik. The Gregorian date coincides with 21st October 2023.
People worship Goddess Kalratri on the occasion of Phoolpati.
India also witnesses नवपत्रिका पूजा on the same day.
